Job Summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager or EPC Project Manager to lead complex engineering, procurement, and construction assignments. The role is accountable for project delivery, team leadership, client relationships, commercial performance, and compliance with safety and quality expectations.

Project Details

The nuclear solutions business supports nuclear power, small modular reactors, Department of Energy missions, environmental work, power utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The position may be based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee; Aiken, South Carolina; Lenexa, Kansas; Idaho Falls, Idaho; or another project location.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall EPC project execution and accountability for scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, joint venture, and client coordination activities.
• Manage contracts, commercial performance, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Plan workforce needs, allocate resources, and develop project personnel and emerging leaders.
• Maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience for the Project Manager level or 15 or more years for the Senior Project Manager level.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex EPC or design-build projects.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to relocate, work extended periods at project sites, and work overtime or weekends when needed.
