Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects or multiple concurrent projects, with responsibility for project delivery, financial performance, administration, safety, and team coordination in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Direct preconstruction and construction operations, including estimating, buyout, subcontract awards, scheduling, submittals, change management, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and internal support teams.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, margins, pay applications, project risks, procurement, and business-plan execution.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, documentation, safety initiatives, issue resolution, and client-facing communications.
• Support business development, marketing presentations, external relationships, and team development.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with construction project management, accounting, scheduling, BIM, and related technology; CMiC experience is noted.
• Working knowledge of project budgets, GMP or hard bids, range estimates, Lean practices, construction means and methods, and project-team leadership.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Compensation and Benefits
