Senior Project Manager - Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide operational and business leadership for heavy civil pipe construction work in Nashville.

Project Details

This role supports heavy civil pipe and utility construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Evaluate project budgets, cost forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Identify new business opportunities and support client development.
• Work with project teams to develop value engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and engineers.
• Respond to operational needs and urgent matters while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience.
• Previous progressive construction experience.
• Ability to travel and/or relocate as business needs require.
