Senior Superintendent - Concrete

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent - Concrete to lead complex or multiple construction projects from planning through completion. The role oversees field teams, coordinates project execution, and advances safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors, company staff, suppliers, site logistics, and construction workflow.
• Plan sequencing, develop work plans, manage schedules, and coordinate project changes with project management.
• Lead safety efforts, quality compliance, meetings, documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities.
• Manage multiple projects or complex stand-alone work and provide leadership to other superintendents.
• Oversee materials, equipment, self-perform operations, labor reporting, costs, and project risks.
• Support pursuits, client relationships, recruiting, training, business development, and team presentations.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of construction experience and 8 years of field supervision experience.
• Advanced communication, presentation, construction methods, trade, self-perform, layout, crane flagging, and rigging knowledge.
• Experience with project management, accounting, scheduling, construction technology, MS Office, and Lean processes.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions and non-traditional hours when needed.
