SPO Project Manager - Concrete

About the role:

Turner's Kansas City office is hiring a Project Manager for Self-Perform Operations (SPO) concrete — leading projects end to end: pursuit, staffing, planning, budget, and risk management.

What you'd own:

• Budget and financial reporting, productivity tracking, and the Quality Control program
• Risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee/pricing decisions; contract and subcontract administration
• Timely pay applications; review of subcontracts, POs, and change orders
• Team development through supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisals

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Union labor-agreement management experience desired
