Sr. Construction Scheduler (Mission Critical)

Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking a senior construction scheduler to support a large-scale mission-critical project near Philadelphia. This is a full-time onsite position focused on schedule leadership, coordination, and project controls.

Project Details

The role supports data center construction and requires coordination with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules, baselines, milestones, float, variances, and delays.
• Track progress and prepare schedule narratives and reporting for subcontractors and owners.
• Align schedule forecasts with project costs and labor-hour projections.
• Manage schedule-related change documentation, fragments, and Time Impact Analyses.
• Identify schedule risks, communicate impacts, and supervise or mentor planning and scheduling staff.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of planning and scheduling experience in engineering or construction.
• Mission-critical or data center construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional; experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, and Box.
• Strong communication, organization, task management, and attention-to-detail skills.
