Sr. Project Engineer (Mission Critical)

Job Summary

Barton Malow Company is hiring a Sr. Project Engineer to support a mission-critical data center project near Philadelphia. This role owns document control, RFI and submittal management, schedule maintenance, and serves as a key liaison between field, design, and ownership teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project document control, submittals, and RFIs.
• Support procurement by distributing bid documents and tracking bidders.
• Maintain the project schedule and prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist with site logistics planning and enforce corporate safety policies.
• Evaluate contractor change order quotations and manage the municipality plan review and approval process.

Required Experience

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of mission-critical data center project experience from inception to completion.
• 4–5 years of total relevant professional or construction internship experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and self-directed problem-solving skills with a proactive safety mindset.
