Sr. Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

Job Summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a client-facing Senior Project Manager to lead advanced manufacturing infrastructure work in Dallas. The role combines engineering, procurement, construction, and design-build project leadership for semiconductor clients.

Project Details

Projects support semiconductor fabrication facilities and campus expansions, including central utilities, power generation and distribution, industrial water and wastewater, bulk chemical and gas systems, and mechanical and process support infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large EPC, design-build, and service projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage project execution plans, staffing, schedules, financial forecasts, risk, change management, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams through design and construction administration.
• Support pursuits, proposals, client workshops, negotiations, and account growth initiatives.
• Build client relationships, present project reviews, and mentor project teams across multiple time zones.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an engineering degree is preferred.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor infrastructure or large industrial and mission-critical projects.
• Experience with central utility systems, power reliability, industrial water and wastewater, and large-scale EPC or design-build delivery.
• Strong financial management, client communication, scheduling, and change-management skills; experience with P6 or MS Project is preferred.
• Successful candidates must complete applicable pre-employment screening.
