Superintendent

Job Summary

Crossland Construction is seeking a Superintendent in Oklahoma City to direct day-to-day construction operations, protect jobsite safety, and keep projects aligned with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate owners, designers, subcontractors, trades, field engineers, and project management.
• Sequence and prioritize work to maintain schedule and budget performance.
• Review contract requirements and bring in additional trades as project needs develop.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, inventory, equipment, and daily project records.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and manage the project schedule.
• Coordinate owner-facing construction activities and facilitate project closeout.
