Project Manager

Job Summary

Crossland is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City to coordinate construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders and address issues affecting schedule and completion.
• Build and maintain the master project schedule and prepare project variance information for accounting.
• Administer contracts, pay applications, change orders, requests for information, and architect's supplemental instructions.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Keep architects, engineers, and project teams aligned on schedule and escalate problems to the Division Manager.
