MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

The Christman Company seeks an MEP Project Manager for the greater Oklahoma City area to oversee project planning, communication, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and trade partners on scope, schedule, costs, project risks, and changes.
• Plan project staffing and phases, prepare bid materials, and support bid reviews.
• Manage project documentation, subcontract agreements, work scopes, and trade contractor relationships.
• Coordinate planning services and maintain client relationships through the project warranty period.
• Establish project goals and communicate expectations for safety, quality, coordination, and performance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role with progressive responsibilities.
• Relevant coursework or training in construction management, project management, safety, or communication.
