Superintendent

About the role:

Straub Construction is hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and multi-family projects around Kansas City.

What you'd own:

• The project-specific safety plan (OSHA 10-hour minimum required)
• Project logistics and schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Compliance with plans, specs, and building codes; quality control and project documentation

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years as a Superintendent on multi-family or commercial construction
• Bachelor's in a construction field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• On-site role with physical demands (climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs); Procore experience a plus
