Superintendent

About the role:

Turner's Kansas City office is hiring a Superintendent to lead, direct, and coordinate subcontractors and Turner trade labor — owning safety, schedule, quality, and budget for their area of the project.

What you'd own:

• Supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, interns, and trade labor, including performance appraisals
• Schedules, work sequencing, and recovery strategies to keep the project on track
• The site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and applicable codes

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Preferred sector experience: sports/entertainment, data centers, healthcare, or light industrial
• Note: initial assignments may sit outside the KC metro
