Superintendent ConcreteCivil (Self Perform CarpenterLaborer)

Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead self-perform concrete, civil, and solar operations on large-scale commercial projects based out of Michigan. This is a senior field leadership role with an expectation of significant past foreman-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for self-perform concrete, civil, and solar scopes.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple foremen and crews to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.
• Enforce jobsite safety culture, including stretch-and-flex and adherence to project rules.
• Participate in project planning, sequencing, and coordination with project management and other trades.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; coordinate means and methods to optimize schedule and reduce cost.
• Maintain accountability for manpower and equipment costs within assigned scope.
• Resolve field issues and provide clear direction to field leadership teams.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of construction experience with deep expertise in concrete, civil, and solar work.
• Proven site leadership experience at the foreman level or above.
