Superintendent - Lincoln

Job Summary

Hausmann Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for projects in the Lincoln market. This role is responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining quality, and supporting timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution from mobilization through completion, including scheduling and quality control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft workers, and other site personnel.
• Enforce safety requirements and maintain a safe job site.
• Verify that completed work meets company, industry, and project standards.
• Resolve field issues and construction delays.

Required Experience

• Prior experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a comparable construction leadership position.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant certifications or licenses, including OSHA training, are a plus.
