Superintendent - Omaha

Job Summary

Hausmann Construction is hiring a Superintendent to direct field operations for construction projects in the Omaha market. This role is responsible for coordinating site activities and delivering work safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from start through completion, including site scheduling and quality oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft workers, and other site personnel to maintain productive workflow.
• Enforce applicable safety requirements and promote a safe job site.
• Verify that completed work meets company, industry, and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, disruptions, and delays.

Required Experience

• Prior experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a comparable construction leadership position.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant certifications or licenses, including OSHA credentials, are a plus.
