Superintendent - Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Heavy Civil Pipe Superintendent in Tempe to lead field operations, coordinate project teams, and maintain safe, productive job sites.

Project Details

This role supports heavy civil pipe construction and requires flexibility to travel as project assignments dictate.

Responsibilities

• Set job-site safety expectations and oversee daily field execution.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track progress against the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management and review job costs and labor quantities.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports, manage subcontractors, and oversee quality control.
• Train craft workers and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the same industry.
• Willingness to travel is required.
