Aspen Project Manager

Job Summary

Project Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc., supporting medium-sized construction projects in Aspen. This role provides project leadership from contract administration through closeout while coordinating safety, quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and oversee project execution in accordance with design, budget, schedule, resources, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and promote strong health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Prepare performance reporting for safety, cost forecasts, and schedule progress.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments while monitoring trade partner performance.
• Manage contract requirements, project risks, opportunities, stakeholder communications, and project closeout.
• For design-build work, coordinate design progress, constructability, quality reviews, compliance, and deliverables.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience; leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, methods, construction law, building codes, safety, and quality management.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, scheduling software, and related technology.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $126,000-$163,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
