Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare (HCAi) OC/LA/IE

Job Summary

Support administration and delivery of healthcare construction projects, assisting the Project Manager with project controls, procurement, and team coordination.

Healthcare construction projects in the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job cost records, prepare billings, and help secure timely payments.
• Develop and negotiate change orders, subcontract changes, bid packages, purchase orders, and rental agreements.
• Maintain project information in CMiC and prepare project procedures.
• Review plans, solicit and assess bids, and guide Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Three to four years of construction experience, including field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• At least one year of scheduling and estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of plans and specifications, with effective communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
