Assistant Project Manager (Kenny Seng Construction)

Job Summary

Support Kenny Seng Construction’s project management team by coordinating project information, documentation, and communication between the office and field. This developmental role reports to the Project Operations Manager and supports project managers, superintendents, and foremen.

Responsibilities

• Set up project records, transfer bid information, and assist with purchase orders, subcontracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate submittals and maintain organized plans, specifications, RFIs, correspondence, and schedules.
• Keep digital plan sets current for field teams and assist with timecard reporting and technology support.
• Conduct pre-construction site inspections, document existing conditions, and help prepare SWPPP materials.
• Coordinate public notifications related to traffic or service disruptions.

Required Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent training and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and AGTEK Take-off software.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, plans, specifications, and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive; ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
