Construction Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for its Operations team at a project in Conesville, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite trade work and track materials through design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Review and validate trade contractor payment applications, manage cost controls, and help resolve changes, RFIs, and emerging risks.
• Support overall project execution, interpret construction documents and specifications, and mentor junior team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or at least three years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
• Willingness to relocate as needed is preferred.
