Job Summary
Kiewit-Mass Electric is seeking a senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field supervision and project delivery for industrial and advanced technology construction across the United States.
Project Details
Mass. Electric Construction Co. self-performs much of its electrical work and supports complex industrial projects at locations nationwide, including Boise, Columbus, Chicago, Irvine, Waltham, Norfolk, Omaha, Honolulu, Seattle, San Jose, and Tucson.
Responsibilities
- Mentor Superintendents and oversee the development, performance, and advancement of field staff through General Foreman.
- Manage field and subcontractor coordination, client meetings, contract administration, and issue resolution.
- Review labor rates, job cost updates, cash flow projections, change orders, and project completion plans.
- Maintain project records and support safe, timely execution, turnover, and client relations.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of construction experience, including one or more years in a General Superintendent or leadership role.
- Large heavy civil or industrial construction experience is preferred; nuclear experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, safety, negotiation, planning, contract administration, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, learn company processes and software, resolve problems, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation is $150,000-$180,000 per year. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, wellness, employee assistance, life and disability insurance, retirement plans with matching, paid time off, relocation assistance or per diem for project assignments, and paid trips home.
