Foreman – Communications – Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary

Primoris Power Delivery is hiring a Communications Foreman to lead field crews and coordinate daily work on communications infrastructure projects in Indianapolis.

Project Details

The role supports communications infrastructure and civil construction, including excavation, trenching, grading, roadway construction, and site preparation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign crew work, coordinate personnel and materials, and monitor progress and workmanship.
• Inspect job sites, operate heavy equipment as needed, and guide crew members on equipment use and safe work practices.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and MUTCD traffic control standards.
• Review plans and work orders, address job-site issues, and communicate project updates to supervisors.
• Complete equipment inspections, production reports, time records, and other documentation.

Required Experience

• At least five years of relevant construction experience; prior crew supervision is preferred.
• Communications infrastructure, utility, or civil construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of excavation, trenching, grading, heavy equipment, OSHA safety requirements, and MUTCD traffic control standards.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and project specifications; valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience is preferred. The position requires outdoor physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
