HSE Supervisor

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an HSE Supervisor in Orlando to guide project health, safety, and environmental performance while supporting a strong safety culture across project teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement project HSE plans, regulatory requirements, communication programs, and safe work practices.
• Identify hazards and provide project-specific training, guidance, and presentations.
• Lead HSE inspections and assess trade contractor safety plans and performance.
• Maintain emergency response, site security, and environmental planning processes.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coach and mentor HSE Coordinators and other employees.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
• Safety designation and at least five years of health and safety experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental legislation, HSE processes, and construction practices.
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adopt new technology.
