Integrated Campus Project Manager

Job Summary

Black & Veatch is hiring an Integrated Campus Project Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative PMC leader across complex energy and mission-critical infrastructure portfolios. The role is home office–based with targeted on-site engagement during key project phases.

Project Details

The portfolio spans data centers, industrial and manufacturing facilities, substations, battery energy storage systems, water treatment and supply infrastructure, and onsite power generation programs — often running concurrently across multiple EPCs, OEMs, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination, governance, and decision support from the home office.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the client on execution approach, risk, and performance.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety across concurrent projects.
• Maintain integrated master schedules, cost forecasts, change management logs, and risk registers.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and program insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Support change management, claims avoidance, and commercial alignment.
• Coordinate integrated commissioning and turnover strategies and support transition to operations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field — or 15+ years of equivalent field experience in complex infrastructure delivery.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Owner's Representative, PMC, or client-side program management roles.
• Proven background in mega-project execution across large energy infrastructure and mission-critical or data center delivery.
• Strong program controls acumen covering schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Ability to lead from the home office while maintaining strong field integration.

Compensation and Benefits

$126,236–$214,599/year plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
