Landscape Construction Project Manager – Commercial Division

Job Summary

Lanoha Nurseries is seeking a Commercial Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation work across field and office operations.

Project Details

The role covers commercial landscape projects involving hardscape demolition and construction, softscape installation, and post-construction maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial landscape construction projects from layout through completion.
• Interpret blueprints and coordinate project architects, contractors, clients, suppliers, and installation crews.
• Oversee hardscape and softscape installation, material acquisition, workflow planning, and schedule performance.
• Lead and support field personnel while anticipating crew, client, and plant-supply needs.
• Promote job-site safety, resolve construction issues, and represent the company professionally.

Required Experience

• Experience in construction project management or landscape construction leadership.
• Knowledge of hardscape and softscape materials, installation methods, and plants suited to Northeast Zones 5 and 6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, client quotes, and construction software such as Acumatica, Bluebeam, and Pro-Cor.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Construction equipment operating experience is a plus.
