Residential Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Summary

Lanoha Nurseries is seeking a Residential Superintendent/Project Manager to support landscape design and construction projects, coordinating field teams, designers, clients, materials, and schedules.

Project Details

The role supports residential outdoor-environment projects involving hardscape demolition and construction, softscape installation, landscape maintenance planning, and coordination with plant supply operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardscape and softscape installation in coordination with landscape designers and field crews.
• Communicate with clients, provide project updates, and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, materials, inspections, site logistics, trades, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct site walks, document progress, solve field issues, and anticipate crew and client needs.
• Support estimating, material acquisition, invoice processing, and timeline execution.

Required Experience

• Background in construction project management, landscape design, landscape architecture, or construction and landscape crew leadership.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and anticipate field requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and client quoting.
• Experience with Acumatica, Bluebeam, and Pro-Cor is expected.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Construction equipment operating experience is a plus.
