Primoris Heavy Civil is hiring a Pile Driving Superintendent to lead crews on bridge construction projects in Louisiana. This long-term role focuses on coordinating field operations and delivering work safely, to specification, and on schedule.

Project Details

Lead pile-driving crews on Louisiana bridge projects. Primoris Heavy Civil also performs highway, port, airfield, rail, and marine construction for public and private clients.

Responsibilities

• Set daily crew objectives and coordinate staffing and work plans with project management.
• Identify project issues affecting safety, quality, budget, or schedule and help resolve them.
• Inspect delivered materials and ensure work meets contract specifications and company quality standards.
• Track crew time, equipment, materials, completed quantities, extra work, and delays.
• Recommend practical improvements to field methods, schedules, and procedures.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of experience as a working superintendent.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize concurrent tasks, solve problems independently, and learn new processes.
• Heavy civil experience is preferred but not required.
