Project Engineer

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Project Engineer to support its Operations team at a project in Franklin Furnace, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and oversee material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation with field supervision.
• Track project costs and design matters, including change orders, RFIs, and document updates.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, prepare cost estimates and quantity surveys, and coordinate trade work with some BIM exposure.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction- or engineering-related field, or at least three years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and computer skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to relocate as needed is preferred.
