Project Engineer

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Project Engineer for its Phoenix operations team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and materials from design and fabrication through delivery and installation.
• Work with field supervision and support project cost and design management, including change orders, RFIs, and document updates.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, prepare cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support trade coordination with some BIM exposure.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, or at least three years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and computer skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to relocate as needed is preferred.
