Project Engineer

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Bellevue, Washington, to support project delivery, coordinate construction activities, and develop within an employee-owned construction organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade partner scopes, subcontract administration, inquiries, progress, and contract documentation.
• Support change management, pricing, change orders, and cost and schedule impact reviews.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, as-built documents, and other project records.
• Assist with schedule, cost, quality, HSE, materials, equipment, progress claims, and estimates.
• Coordinate inspections, constructability resolutions, code and authority requirements, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• One to three years of construction experience in an operational role is preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may qualify.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, equipment, HSE, quality, and applicable standards.
• Ability to solve construction problems, coordinate subcontracts, build schedules, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal operational systems and new technology.

Compensation and Benefits
