Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

Support project profitability and schedule performance through field-office administration and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, drawings, specifications, logs, meeting notes, and document distribution.
• Help prepare and update CPM schedules, track RFIs and submittals, and coordinate expediting.
• Monitor quantities, labor cost reporting, time-sheet coding, extra work, and change-order documentation.
• Organize progress photos, punch-list records, and closeout materials such as O&M manuals and as-built documents.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture; a construction management certificate or equivalent is also accepted.
• At least two years of Project Engineer experience.
• Basic estimating and scheduling ability, plan and specification literacy, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Field experience is desirable; drafting and computer skills are also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $90,000-$110,000.
