Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Lead field operations and oversee construction work through successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct field teams and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, work quality, and safety procedures.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals; coordinate subcontractor meetings, materials, reports, and project documentation.
• Manage punch lists, start-up testing, turnover, closeout, and owner acceptance.
• Travel as directed and oversee multiple projects across a broad geographic area when required.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of superintendent experience and extensive construction field supervision.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification, or ability to earn it within six months of hire and maintain active status.
• Working knowledge of construction trades, OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or as a project engineer.

Compensation and Benefits
