Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 for its Advanced Facilities Group in El Paso. This role leads the management and administration of industrial, manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor construction work in partnership with the Project Superintendent.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers complex projects for industrial and manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, and semiconductor clients. Work may be performed at project sites, in the office, or at assignment locations requiring travel or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Direct project safety, preconstruction, procurement, buyout, subcontract administration, submittals, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage schedules, materials, labor, change requests, pay applications, project reporting, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams through project execution.
• Lead project meetings, document key budget and schedule decisions, and manage closeout activities.
• Support an injury-free workplace by promoting safety awareness, investigating incidents, and mentoring team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, project controls, scheduling, budgeting, accounting, and Lean practices.
• Intermediate MS Office and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
