Project Manager 2

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to direct moderately complex construction projects or assigned portions of larger projects. The role oversees project administration, coordination, safety, schedule, cost, quality, and closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts, preconstruction planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, submittals, and trade coordination.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal company resources.
• Manage changes, project meetings, pay applications, schedules, logistics, materials, labor, and procurement tracking.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, margins, risks, documentation, and project reporting.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, financial completion, subcontracts, and warranties.
• Support estimating, business planning, Lean practices, client relationships, and future-work development.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, project processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, communication, presentations, and Lean processes.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Compensation and Benefits
