Job Summary
Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within its Advanced Power Generation group. This role is responsible for full-cycle project execution — from staffing and planning through financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large EPC projects involving multiple clients, partners, or challenging project environments.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
- Coordinate third-party contributors and lead multi-discipline project teams.
- Support contract negotiations and pursue new or repeat business on major engagements.
- Manage risk across fixed-price, new-technology, or international project scenarios.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Typically 18 years of experience in project management on large EPC projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-client or multi-partner project teams.
