Project Manager

Job Summary

Holder Construction seeks a Project Manager for an in-person role supporting its operations team in Manassas, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Direct project delivery to meet contract, schedule, safety, quality, and budget commitments.
• Coordinate project staff and trade-responsible engineers, and manage project financials, billing, invoices, and subcontractors.
• Work with field teams on scheduling, safety, and quality, and organize project office operations.
• Interpret construction documents, resolve project issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience with construction management software for collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financials, and field communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• On-site general contractor operations management experience is preferred; willingness to relocate to projects as needed is also preferred.
