Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful results.

Responsibilities

• Set project budgets and contract pricing, negotiate subcontract and material purchases, and coordinate bid packages.
• Manage schedules, procurement, documentation, contract compliance, quality control, and project reporting.
• Work with the Superintendent on safety planning and procedures, and lead project team members and meetings.
• Oversee preconstruction, closeout, warranty follow-up, and efforts to prevent or resolve claims and conflicts.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organization, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
