Project Manager - Healthcare (HCAi)

Job Summary

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, leading the project team and coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and contract pricing, negotiate subcontract and material purchases, and manage buyout, procurement, and schedules.
• Lead the project team, coordinate regular meetings, and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on safety planning and procedures, and oversee quality, project documentation, contract compliance, and cost controls.
• Direct preconstruction activities, support estimating and business development, mitigate claims, and complete closeout and warranty follow-up.

Required Experience

• Healthcare construction project experience is required; HCAi experience is preferred.
• Five to eight years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, organization, drafting, and computer skills, with knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
