Project Manager - Healthcare (HCAi & Behavioral) OC/LA/IE

Job Summary

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Project Details

Healthcare projects include HCAi and behavioral facilities in the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contract pricing, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Lead subcontract negotiations, preconstruction, and project-team coordination.
• Work with the Superintendent to implement safety plans and maintain quality controls.
• Manage contract compliance, project reporting, documentation, closeout, and warranty follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors while helping mitigate claims and resolve conflicts.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
