Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction work in Temecula, California. The role requires prior project management experience in this sector and ownership of project financial, schedule, contract, and field operations.

Project Details

This position supports water and wastewater construction projects, including coordination with owners, site supervision, materials procurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, work-in-progress forecasts, labor projections, and financial performance.
• Plan and maintain project schedules.
• Direct job site supervisory personnel and oversee site safety expectations.
• Develop owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Negotiate and purchase materials.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.

Compensation and Benefits
