Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead project teams and coordinate field and office execution to deliver construction work safely, within budget and schedule, and to client and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety procedures and address project issues with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage schedules, subcontractor buyout, agreements, cost controls, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Oversee quality assurance, punch-list work, delay tracking, and owner notices.
• Develop and mentor staff, support workforce planning, and participate in project pursuits as needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of prime contracts, cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and building systems.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred. Webcor provides training if needed.
• LEED AP and/or LEED GA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $180,846-$200,940, with actual compensation based on individual skills and experience.
