Job Summary

ARB, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to oversee full-lifecycle EPC delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning from startup through closeout.

Project Details

The role supports complex power generation, oil and gas, energy infrastructure, and heavy industrial projects, with work spanning EPC execution and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Account for project safety, cost, schedule, quality, contractual performance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop execution plans and schedules, oversee budgets and cost controls, and administer contracts and change control.
• Coordinate procurement, construction, commissioning readiness, system turnover, testing, and acceptance.
• Identify and resolve execution risks, report project status to leadership, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive engineering, construction, and project management experience on EPC power generation, energy infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle EPC projects with accountability for cost, schedule, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of EPC contracting, project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Professional Engineer license preferred; a master’s degree or MBA is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $145,000–$185,000. Per diem is available if eligible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, an employee stock purchase plan, pet coverage, and legal assistance coverage.
