Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead assigned construction projects for Webcor, overseeing safety, project delivery, costs, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding project teams and coordinating subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site safety and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, project staff, and client communications; resolve issues and manage project documentation.
• Oversee quality assurance, punch lists, delay tracking, and owner notifications.
• Develop and mentor team members, contribute to project pursuits, and support resource planning.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with typically 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• Experience with exteriors and facades is required.
• Knowledge of prime contracts, cost controls, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and building systems including site work, structure, finishes, envelope, and MEPS.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. Webcor provides training if needed.
• LEED AP and/or Green Associate preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $180,846–$200,940, based on individual skill level and experience.
