Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery, safety, and team coordination, beginning with the Reno CONRAC project before transitioning to Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe.

Project Details

The role is expected to support the Reno CONRAC assignment for approximately 18 months, then move to the Barton Health project in South Lake Tahoe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site and office safety and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project staff to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project schedules, buyout, contracts, cost controls, forecasts, and project reporting.
• Maintain organized project documentation and coordinate change orders, RFIs, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Address project issues with clients and subcontractors, manage delays, and communicate risks and projections to senior management.
• Develop and oversee quality-control efforts and punch-list completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff, and participate in project pursuits as needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of prime contracts, cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and building construction.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. Training may be provided.
• LEED AP and/or LEED Green Associate preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $160,000-$193,500, with actual compensation based on skills and experience.
