Project Manager

Job Summary

Webcor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, coordinate field and office teams, and keep construction work safe, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety practices, procurement, project budgets, cost reporting, billing, and schedule risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project staff, working closely with the Superintendent team on sequencing, scope, and change management.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, drawings, change orders, and reports.
• Resolve project issues with clients and trade partners, oversee project startup and closeout, and support client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative project team.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically eight years managing complex construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of contracts, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and building construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. Webcor can provide training for candidates who are not yet certified.
• LEED AP and/or LEED Green Associate preferred. Sustainable or design-build project experience is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $152,250-$167,450, with actual pay determined by skills and experience.
