Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support construction project administration and assist the Project Manager with cost, procurement, documentation, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost tracking, job cost statements, billings, payments, and change orders.
• Maintain project records in CMiC; prepare bid packages, purchase orders, rental agreements, and project procedures.
• Review plans, solicit and evaluate bids, and supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Three to four years of construction experience, including field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• At least one year of scheduling and estimating experience; strong plan-reading, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
