Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead construction project delivery in San Francisco, overseeing project teams and coordinating work from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects or projects with significant complexity, including budgets, contracts, procurement, schedules, and project controls.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal teams to support safe, timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead preconstruction activities, subcontract bid packages, project meetings, documentation, and reporting.
• Supervise and develop project staff, support business development and estimating, and address claims or conflicts.
• Complete project closeout and warranty follow-up.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organization, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
