Concrete Foreman (Immediate Hire)

Job Summary

Lead concrete crews for Q3 Contracting, a Primoris company, from its Grand Junction office. The role supports utility and gas distribution construction across western Colorado.

Project Details

Work is based in the utility distribution and infrastructure sector, with frequent travel throughout Colorado's western slope.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily crew activities and oversee safe, timely field operations.
• Keep work aligned with project schedules and budgets, and report progress to management.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment.

Required Experience

• Prior construction experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Preferred: at least one year supervising employees and three years in construction or utility distribution.
• Knowledge of concrete or restoration work and safe practices around heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Union scale and experience determine pay; compensation and benefits are set by the union contract, with weekly pay. A company vehicle is provided. Paid sick leave is provided as required by Colorado law; additional benefits may be available through the union.
