Drywall Carpenter Foreman

Job Summary

Lead drywall framing crews and perform journeyman-level work while coordinating assignments, production, safety, and quality across Swinerton job sites.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and coordination drawings, resolve layout conflicts, and prepare RFIs as needed.
• Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and supplies; schedule crew assignments and track framing, drywall, and finishing production.
• Develop and manage job hazard analyses, ensure crews are trained and work safely, and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate professionally with clients and contractors, address emerging issues, and uphold company workmanship standards.
• Enter crew time, monitor inventory, maintain work areas, and mentor and monitor employee performance.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of experience as a drywall framer foreman or in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift or pull 75 pounds; work on ladders and lifts; and stand, squat, bend, or kneel for extended periods while wearing a tool belt.
• Ability to work in varied weather and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation is $36.50-$38.00.
